Mountain hike in the Sierra de Olta in Calpe

In Calpe there are numerous beautiful hikes, whether on the Peñon de Ifach, the Moro de Toix, the Camino Egologico, or the one on the Monte Olta.

This variant we start at the Picnic place, up to which one can go by car or motorcycle or even E Bike.

The hike is not very difficult, at the beginning el starts with about 1 km of medium ascent, then it goes around the whole mountain, with fantastic views of Calpe, Altea, the Sierra de Bernia and Benissa, even up to Moraira!

Towards the end it gets quite difficult to get back to the Picnic Place

One should not have any major problems with knees or hips when going down, otherwise the route is also suitable for older people or children!

If desired we can also organize a picnic and if allowed a barbecue for 15 EURO extra charge!
