El curso tiene una duración total de 60 minutos, incluyendo por supuesto la tabla, el remo, la línea de seguridad y, si se desea, un chaleco salvavidas (no es obligatorio por la libertad de movimiento, especialmente cuando se vuelve a subir a la tabla).

La introducción es dada por uno de nuestros instructores SUP, normalmente en nuestra base en la playa de La Fossa en Calpe – en caso de olas desfavorables también en la playa de Cantal Roig cerca del puerto

Al principio nos reunimos en nuestra base en el bloque de apartamentos TURMALINA para elegir el material necesario – el tamaño de la tabla es importante para un buen equilibrio!

También existe la posibilidad de guardar bolsas, ropa, etc. en la tienda durante el curso.
